ORDERING
How to order online:
To make a purchase, kindly fill in the form found at the bottom of the page with the needed information. A payment advice will be send to you within the next 24 hours upon confirmation of purchase.
After the payment invoice has been sent, you are required to make the payment within the given time frame of 24 hours. Failure to do so will result you in getting blacklisted from future purchases and the item will be released to the next available buyer.
Please take note that the items you are intending to purchase may be sold out by the time we send you a payment invoice, even though stated as available on the site during the time of ordering. As we are unable to keep track of our inventory all the time, the stock quantity will only be updated every few hours. We would strongly advise that you should also fill in other items you would like to purchase in case of merchandise being under pending or sold.
Even at the point of time that the items are all under pending or sold, we will still email to inform you regarding the availability of the merchandise you wish to purchase.

In the payment invoice, the total amount to pay including postage and bank account details will be provided.
Modify or Cancel Order:

PAYMENT MODE
For local buyers, we accept:
- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB ATM transfer (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of $5.00 on top of any other charges)
For international buyers, we accept:
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of $5.00 on top of any other charges)
DELIVERY
All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.
*Price may vary according to the weight of the item(s), charges might increase.
Local normal postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$1.50
- Accessories: SGD$1.00
- Bags: $2.50
For every subsequent item, it will be an additional of $0.50. If you would like to have your item delivered via registered postage, please add $2.25 to the total amount tabulated.
International postage charges:
- Normal postage, please add $15.00 to total (standard)
- Registered postage, please add $17.25 to total (standard)
Standard = 1 item. Every additional item is charged at $2-$10 depending on the weight of the item.

Candidclosets’ mailer allows you to receive exclusive information about launch of new collections, special promotions, upcoming events etc. If you're not already signed up, simply enter a valid e-mail address at the center of our Web site. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please e-mail “UNSUBSCRIBE” to candidclosets@hotmail.com
Rest assured that all e-mail addresses collected in Candidclosets’ mailing list will be kept confidential. Unless otherwise required for internal business operations or by the law, Candidclosets does not disclose your e-mail addresses to third parties.

1.1 Copyright

1.2 Products
All items are brand new with exceptions to our Vintage collection, date of launch yet to be confirm. All items are free-sized unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Returns & Exchanges
All items sold are non-refundable .
1.4 Payment
Please take note that receiving the payment invoice only implies your intention of confirming the item(s). Thus, item(s) not paid within the timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.
Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the receipt as a clear picture shot of the receipt might be needed for verification purposes.
1.5 Sizing & Images
If you are unsure about the sizing, do check the measurements provided. If in any case you need help, do email us at candidclosets@hotmail.com . We will try our ultimate best to assist you.
Candidclosets makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

Prices stated on the site are final and strictly non-negotiable unless otherwise condition such as getting supply from us .

Candidclosets do not do any form of reservations or trades.
1.7 Delivery
Packages will be mailed out within 1-3 days after payment has been made. If for any reason that parcels gets delayed, an email notification will be sent to you.
Please do double-check your mailing address that it is a correct one before submitting your order form. (rmb to include your postal code)
Candidclosets will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a safe piece of mind.
Postage charges vary depending on the category of the item(s). However, please note that we reserve the rights to charge the amount of postage we deem is right for the weight of your item(s). For more information, click under 'Customer Service'
1.8 Fraud
Candidclosets will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any.
